At Xiaomi Planet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
- Request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase with your return request.
- Opened personal-use items (e.g., earphones) cannot be returned unless faulty.

- Include your order number, photos (if needed), and reason for return.
- We'll guide you through the process promptly.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, we’ll process the refund within 3–7 working days to your original payment method or via M-Pesa.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to request an exchange.
